Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

Items that have original tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with your return request to receive return information.

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been submitted and under processing.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most in–stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Thai holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! Shipping costs will depend on your location. Please keep in mind that customs and duty charges may apply based on your country. In the case of duty and customs, delivery time may be impacted.

What shipping options do you offer?

For international shipments we will be shipping through DHL Express Worldwide. For local shipment we will be using EMS as our postal carrier.

What if my product was damaged when I received it?

We are so sorry to hear that. Please take pictures of the damaged product and/or damaged packaging and email it to us along with your order number at [email protected]. We will process your return ASAP.

If Items in my order ship separately will I be charged extra?

mintsa will not charge any extra shipping and handling fees. The fee quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment.

Multiple packages may, however, be subject to additional carrier brokerage fees if your order ships in multiple packages. These are determined by your local postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

What is a carriage brokerage fee?

Some local postal carriers may charge an additional brokerage fee on orders arriving from outside your country. These charges, if applicable, are assessed upon the delivery of your package by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Please contact your local postal carrier for more information.

Please note that these fees are neither calculated, nor imposed, by mintsa, and will not be included in your order total at checkout. Carrier brokerage fees are nonrefundable.

What is the cost to return an item?

Returns and exchanges may also be made by mail, and will incur shipping fees. Any shipping fees associated with making a return are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

How much do I have to pay in sales tax?

The amount of sales tax is calculated based on the location that the shipment will be sent to. This is because tax varies by county and state.

Will I be charged a foreign transaction fee?

Foreign transaction fees are determined by your debit or credit card provider and the issuing bank. They are often imposed on orders placed in a foreign currency and can vary widely. Contact your credit card provider or bank for more details. Please note that these fees are neither calculated, nor imposed, by mintsa, and will not be included in your order total at checkout.

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?

This is likely because we could not obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

How should I care for my mintsa purchase?

As our products are handmade by artisans, please handle them with care and store in a soft and dry environment, such as the pouch they are accompanied with.

Why is the color of my natural/semiprecious stones and pearls different from the one I chose online?

Due to the nature of natural/semiprecious stones and pearls variations are unavoidable. We will always try our best to keep variations to a minimum.

Why are the placement of the embroidery on my bag different from what I chose online?

Majority of our bags are semi handmade which makes each bag slightly different in stone coloring, pearls, and embroidery and bead placement. We do strive keep our variations to a minimum.

Where are mintsa products made?

Our products are manufactured in Thailand and India. For more product-specific details, please refer to our product descriptions.
