Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Thai nationally observed holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock, you will be alerted within 24 hours of your order via email.

Shipping Methods & Charges

Your goods will be shipped from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand where majority of our bags are created. We ship international orders via DHL - delivery will be made by a local carrier. Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order - you will see an estimate only after you begin the checkout process. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.

Returns

We want you to love your mintsa order.

If you are not fully satisfied, simply call or email us with your return request to receive return information. Only mail out order once you have received an approval email for your return. Please ship out the please return your unused items, in its original condition, with original tags, within 30 days of receipt.

mintsa LLC. is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Refund Process

Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

All orders will be refunded in the original currency and method of payment used at the time of purchase, and converted at the exchange rate selected by your issuing bank at the time of refund. In the absence of the original method of payment, a store credit will be issued

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order online.

Ordering & Payment

We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted and under processing.

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total. Your order total will not include duties, taxes or carrier brokerage fees. If applicable, these fees will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

Please note that your method of payment may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank, and may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by mintsa, and are not included in your order total at checkout.

If you placed your order through a password–protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on your account, signing in, and selecting order history.

Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and e-gift cards.

Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, and may be subject to additional carrier brokerage fees, as determined by your postal carrier. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment, and does not include duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

E–Gift Cards

E-gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. Please note that all gift cards and e–gift cards are only valid for redemption in the currency in which they were originally purchased.

Duties, Taxes & Carrier Fees

Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are determined by the customs agency and postal carrier within the destination country.

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of these fees will be based on the value of the order and the tax–free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of them is the responsibility of the recipient, and they will be collected at the time of delivery. Please note that orders shipped in multiple packages may be subject to additional carrier brokerage fees, as determined by your postal carrier. These fees are nonrefundable.

If you wish to return merchandise, you may be eligible to receive a refund of duty and taxes from your local customs office. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office, tax agency or postal carrier.

In the event that your order is undeliverable, or if you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for payment of all duties and taxes. Shipping charges, duties and taxes are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only.
